Homes, businesses and managed buildings
A blocked run in a house and a failed circuit in an office building are the same trade doing different work. We take both, and for buildings we already manage or maintain the call usually reaches someone who has seen the plant before.
How it is quoted
We come and look at it. What is behind a wall or under a floor decides most of the cost, and a price given over the phone is a guess that gets revised once the work starts. What we quote is what you pay.
