Property Management

Complete or part management for property you are not there to look after — the letting, the tenants, the building itself, the money, and a report that tells you what happened.

Complete or part

Not every owner wants the same things handed over. Some want the whole thing run; some already have a tenant and only want the building looked after. We take either, and the split is agreed at the start rather than assumed.

Letting and tenants

  • Marketing and viewings
  • Leasing and lease enforcement
  • Rent-ready preparation between tenancies
  • Day-to-day tenant needs

The building itself

  • Maintenance and repairs
  • Outdoor areas and grounds
  • Waste, rubbish and debris removal

This is where being one company rather than a broker matters: the cleaning, maintenance and gardening a managed property needs are work we already do, so a repair is a job rather than a search for a contractor.

Money and reporting

  • Rent collection
  • Trust accounting
  • Owner reporting

If something goes wrong

In the event of a dispute or litigation we can advise on the position and on what the management record shows. We are property managers, not a law firm, and we will say when something needs one.
